Poster Exhibition
NEW: ePosters will be replaced by regular Posters, thus there will be no ePosters as initially planned.
During the meeting your Poster will be available for viewing in the Poster exhibition
at the congress venue - B5 Foyer Auditorium Stravinski.

Format of Posters
Format A0 portrait: 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm (width x height)
Poster mounting: Thursday, 02.09.2021, 09:30
Poster boards and material/poster stripes to hang up your poster will be at your disposal

Poster Viewing
The authors are asked to be present at their posters during the following times:
SSHH:                           Thursday, 02.09.2021, 12:15-12:45
SSI | SSTMP | SSTTM: Friday, 03.09.2021, 11:30-12:15

Poster flash presentations
In addition to the Poster exhibition some Posters have been selected for a short oral presentation during the poster flash sessions.
Time:              each presentation is scheduled for 5 minutes including discussion, max 3 slides.
Language:      English, German or French

The Poster flash presentations are scheduled for Thursday, 02.09.2021:
            13:45-15:15 - SSHH Poster flash presentations
            15:45-16:45 - Joint Poster flash presentations SSI | SSHH | SSTMP | SSTTM

Oral presentations
Some of the submitted abstracts have been selected for an oral presentation during the Main - & Joint Sessions.
Time:             the time of the presentations vary between 7 to 15 minutes including questions
                      depending on the session. Please consult the congress homepage
                      > scientific program > Interactive program for the detailed schedule including date & time.
Language:       Official congress language is English
                        Slides and presentations Main & Joint sessions: English

You will find the Interactive program using the link below. Filter by your name to find the details of your presentation time and session.

Technical information
The lecture halls are equipped with laptop and beamer. We ask the speakers to save their presentation on a USB memory stick and deliver it to the organizers in the lecture hall at latest during the last break before the session. Please prepare your PowerPoint presentation with an aspect ratio of 16:9.

Publication of abstracts
Abstracts will be made available as PDF on the congress website.

Further important information
Please note that at least one author must be present at the meeting. The presenter is not automatically registered for the congress. Hence, don't forget to register online via the congress website for your participation in the congress. Please note that reduced early bird fees are available until August 22, 2021.

Furthermore, we recommend booking your accommodation as soon as possible to have an unlimited choice of hotel categories and accommodations.
